Since 1990, katoomba youth leadership conference (kylc) has been training Christians in youth leadership.
This year, kylc changes its name to next generation to reflect the introduction of a Children's Ministry stream.
This unique conference has been so popular that is has been replicated around Australia and the world.
next generation is a residential conference for those involved (or wishing to be) in the teaching of the next generation of Christians. For the first time ever, the conference will have both a Youth and Children's Ministry stream.

At the heart of what the Bible teaches about leadership, is the necessity of leaders having a Spirit Empowered Life. It is not an optional extra, like many of the leadership buzz words that have emerged in recent years. Yet, there is often much confusion about how to have a Spirit Empowered Life. This year, in the unique context of our leadership training program, next generation will look at what the Bible says about this unique foundation for any Christian leadership.
